Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds.

Exceptions required by mandatory consumer-protection law govern where applicable. The following are described in the Terms of Service:

• EU/EEA 14-day distance-sales right of withdrawal (§ 6.4.1)
• Wind-down pro-rata refunds (§ 6.5)
• Termination-without-cause pro-rata refunds (§§ 16.5, 16.9)

Where applicable consumer-protection law mandates a refund right, that law governs and prevails over the general no-refund rule.
